Charter of Diversity
The Diversity Charter is a corporate initiative for promoting diversity in companies and institutions. It seeks to promote the recognition, appreciation and inclusion of diversity in Germany`s corporate culture. Organizations are to create a working environment free of prejudice. All employees and staff are to be valued – irrespective of gender, nationality, ethnic origin, religion or ideology, disability, age, sexual orientation, or identity.
Through various projects, the Charter of Diversity is advancing the discussion of diversity management in Germany.
