Sir Peter Ustinov Institute

Research at the Sir Peter Ustinov Institute in Vienna is dedicated to the topic of “prejudice”. The Sir Peter Ustinov Institute for the Study and Prevention of Prejudice was founded in August 2003 on the initiative and under the personal leadership of Sir Peter. The Institute's work is aimed at researching and clarifying the conditions under which prejudices arise and the ways in which they work at a high scientific level. The Institute also publishes standard works that address the major manifestations of prejudice. Special attention is hereby paid to educational work in schools. In addition, the Institute organizes an annual international conference in Vienna to review current political and social developments. An online forum has been accessible since September 2011 and is open to anyone wishing to learn more on the subject of “prejudice” and exchange views with experts.
